Your Future Self

Hello and greetings from 2173! I know you are getting ready to make your new year’s resolutions. But, hold on! They will be banned in 2020 because no one ever stuck to them. However, I know everyone likes to make a commitment in the new year. So, I’m here to save you a little frustration. and a while lot of wine drinking… So here’s a few things to help make your “Resolution” a reality.

1.  Become more positive
Give yourself a positive affirmation every morning to start your day. Personally, I like to write my message on the bathroom mirror every morning to remind me to be positive throughout the day.

2. Create a fun and energizing playlist to get you moving.
Crank it up while you get ready in the morning and anytime you need a little pick me up during the day.

3. Skip the caffeine and drink some water
You know you need at least 8-10 glasses of water a day. No worries we won’t run out of water, the planet still as plenty even in 2173.

4. Change one thing at a time
We all try to commit to changing something in our lives at one point or another. Take your time, change one thing at a time. Make it a habit first and then add the next thing. FYI, I cut out all of that out that sugar stuff out in 2018 and I’m still looking 29! (Wink)

5. Be and kind and compassionate to yourself
It’s easy to to think we are not good enough or to be hard on ourselves where we want to be versus where we are today. It’s okay. It’s a journey. Remember one step at a time. But, the important part is to keep stepping.

Hugs my friends. Here’s to a happy, healthy, and prosperous 2017!

Carla
