How do I create a Premier account?
Mindbody is the scheduling software that we use at Premier. Once you create an account you will use the same login and password information whether you are using the Premier App, Mindbody website, or Mindbody App. Create Your Account
How do I sign up for classes?
Once you have created an account, use the Premier Mobile App or our website to review the class schedule. Find the class you are interested in and click the green “Sign Up” button. Click here to view the class schedule.
What should I wear and/or bring and when should I arrive for my first yoga class?
For your first yoga class, be sure to bring a bottle of water, a towel and a yoga mat. If you don’t have these things, no worries, our studio rents towels, mats and sells water. If it’s your first time at Premier, your yoga mat and towel rental are free. Be sure to wear fitted exercise clothes, ideally ones that wick away moisture. First-timers should also get to the studio 15 minutes before class starts to meet your instructor and ask any questions.
What should I wear and/or bring and when should I arrive for my first fitness class?
For your first fitness class, be sure to bring a bottle of water and a towel. If you don’t have these things, no worries, our studio rents towels and sells water. If it’s your first time at Premier, your towel rental is free. Be sure to wear comfortable exercise clothes and proper shoes. Please arrive 15 minutes before class starts to meet your instructor and ask any questions.
What should I wear and/or bring for my Infrared Sauna appointment?
  • Come in comfortable clothes that you don’t mind sweating in. This could be a t-shirt and shorts or a bathing suit.
  • Bring 2-3 towels (you will use two to sit on and one to dry off with).
  • WATER, WATER, WATER
    • Drink at least 8 oz before your session and after your session.
    • Water is not allowed in the sauna; however you may step out to drink water at any time during your session.
What classes are best for beginners?

Our classes are designed for everyone to get a great practice and workout in no matter your skill level or experience level. Our expert instructors are here to show you safe modifications and proper alignment. Some classes to look into are Gentle Yoga, Slow & Easy Flow, Yoga For All Seasons, Barre, and Boot Camp.

Should I eat or drink anything before class?
Most would recommend practicing yoga on an empty stomach, but you will want to be well nourished before coming to class. Eating 2-3 hours before class should give you enough time for your food to digest. It is also VERY important to be well hydrated before any class you may sweat in.
How old do I need to be to practice at Premier?
  • You must be at least 16 years of age to practice at the studio. Unless otherwise indicated.

Studio Etiquette

ARRIVE EARLY
Please do your very best to arrive 5-10 minutes early to set up a space in the room. Once a class has started the doors will be locked for security and safety purposes. If you anticipate you will be a little late, please give the studio a call to let your instructor know and they will set up a spot for you.

AVOID STRONG SCENTS
With all the allergies flaring, it’s best to leave the perfume and other fragrances off. As the body heats up the scents just begin to intensify.

TURN OFF YOUR CELL PHONE
Take this time to turn the outside world off and focus on You. Please turn your cell phones on silent and the vibrate mode off as this cause disturbances during yoga classes. If you must bring your cell phone into the studio space due to an emergency, please put it on silent and avoid responding to texts or calls unless absolutely necessary.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Sometimes life gets busy and plans change. If you have registered for a class but decide you can no longer attend, please cancel your reservation as soon as possible through your App or online or by calling Premier. This will allow waitlist clients to take your place. Please try to cancel your reservation within at least 3 hours of the class.

We love that our clients have a strong sense of community and enjoy socializing before and after class. However, this can sometimes create a noise issue for the class that is currently in session. As you hang out and chat with friends, please keep your voices low.
