ALL LEVELS
This class uses a combination of movement, postures and breath to work on strength, flexibility and balance. An all levels class with focus on alignment, beginners will safely learn the basics while more experienced students can take postures to a deeper level.

This class attempts to serve a variety of distinct needs: people with movement limitations, or profound stiffness due to lack of activity; relief from disabilities and chronic conditions e.g., arthritis, back pain and other musculo-skeletal issues; recovery from surgery, illness or injury; for seniors, new practitioners, women who are pregnant and those seeking stress-reduction or weight management. Gentle yoga has even been found to be an important complement in programs to reverse heart disease or provide relief from the challenging conditions of fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, as well as mood disorders.
TUE THU popular BEGINNERS"MELT AWAY STRESS" - Yin & Yoga Nidra
When you need to push the reset button and let go of your stressful week. You have to experience this class. It is absolutely a gentle practice to help your restore your mind and body. You will be guided through a 45 minute yoga practice and a 30 minute Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) session.
wednesday popularSTRENGTH & STRECH
This yoga class was inspired by a chiropractor's request for her clients. This class is designed to relax shoulders and upper back, open hips and lower back, stretch hamstrings, and strengthen the core muscles to help maintain a strong and injury-free body.
monday beginnersYIN & RESTORATIVE
Yin focuses on passive, seated postures that target the connective tissues in the hips, pelvis and lower spine. Poses are held for anywhere between one and 10 minutes. The aim is to increase flexibility and encourage a feeling of release and letting go. It is a wonderful way to learn the basics of meditation and stilling the mind. As such, it is ideal for athletic types who need to release tension in overworked joints, and it is also good for those who need to relax.

This class takes us back to the basics of the asana practice. We all can benefit from the step-by-step breakdown of poses. This is how we build body awareness and confidence to progress to more intricate asanas and practices.
beginners tuesdayFLOW
This yoga class is all about flowing from one pose to the next without stopping to talk about the finer points of each pose. Students come away with a good workout as well as a yoga experience. If you're just starting, it is a good idea to take a few classes in a slower style of yoga first to get a feel for the poses.
saturdaySLOW & EASY FLOW
A beautiful flow of yang poses that releases into a deep yin stretch. The best of both worlds - the evening flow to release the whoas of the day and the long holds to let go and surrender and reconnect the mind and body. The perfect marriage of two yoga practices to end the day. All levels are encouraged to attend this practice.

Restorative is all about healing the mind and body through simple poses often held for as long as 20 minutes, with the help of props such as bolsters, pillows and straps. It is similar to yin, but with less emphasis on flexibility and more on relaxing.
FRI SUN popularCHAIR YOGA EXERCISES
This class aligns yoga asanas (Learn yoga postures with the aid of a chair. The modifications taught in this class makes yoga accessible to people who cannot stand, lack the mobility to move easily from standing, to seated, to supine positions, or just want a quick break from office work.
